You will receive an email from On The List Presents (VIP@OTLPresents.com) 1-2 days prior to the performance date with check-in/pick up instructions (be sure to check spam/junk email in case it lands there). Information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. The VIP provider, the artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the purchaser at the time of purchase.
For packages including soundcheck, you may be required to arrive up to several hours prior to the show to participate in the soundcheck.
Tickets will be distributed based on your elected delivery method. To redeem all elements of your order you must present your receipt and picture ID at the check-in location. The Sheldon balcony is NOT wheelchair accessible.

CONCERT HALL: The Sheldon balcony is NOT wheelchair accessible. Accessible seating is located at the rear of the Orchestra level.
